2.2 Account Security

3.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on 09ber: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. All transactions are processed securely via SSL encryption.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed until the user's identity verification is complete.

3.3 Additional Transaction Terms

• Transactions through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Suspicious or unusual transactions may be temporarily put on hold for review.
• 09ber reserves the right to permanently close an account and confiscate funds if evidence of fraud is found.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

09ber offers new users a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive an additional ৳1,000 as a bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. If someone deposits ৳12,000 or more, they will receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts, both accounts will be cancelled.
• 09ber reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

09ber's VIP program has five tiers. Through regular play, users can advance to higher tiers and enjoy additional benefits:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

VIP cashback is automatically added to the account each week. The cashback amount and tier change rules are subject to management's discretion and may change. VIP benefits are a reward provided by 09ber — they are not a legally claimable right.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 09ber platform:

• Registering an account with false or misleading information.
• Playing using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain unfair advantages.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.

In the event of a violation of the above rules, 09ber may suspend or cancel an account and confiscate related funds without prior notice.
